Passion for Fitness and Nutrition

Hi, I'm Stephanie, the coach and founder of Rising Phoenix Fitness- and a busy Mom of five. I know firsthand how hard it can be to juggle family, work, and self-care. My journey hasn't always been easy; I've felt the exhaustion, the struggle, and the guilt of putting myself last. But I also know what it means to rise again, stronger, more confident, and determined than before.

With over a decade of experience leading teams and coaching individuals in the corporate world, I've learned the importance of balancing high expectations with real-life challenges. That background taught me how to motivate, empower, and bring out the best in people- skills I now bring into fitness and nutrition coaching. I am certified in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching, and I specialize in helping women-especially busy Moms- build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that last beyond quick fixes.

My philosophy is simple: true wellness goes beyond fitness and nutrition plans--it's about mindset, balance, and creating a lifestyle that works in real life.
